Teka is famous with its kitchen accessories and microwave.
I went to The Living Depot in Puchong, they are selling TEKA water heater.
Anyone of you buy TEKA water heater before?

Rental issue for the house

Hi,

I have bought a house from a vendor in Cheras and most probably will get the key on next week.
The vendor(previous owner) would like to rent the house from me for 2-3 mths due to his new house is doing renovation.

The problem is the house rental. According to the property agent , she said the market price for the house rental is RM800.
Now, the previous owner would like to rent the house from us, then the rental is half of the market price , which is only RM400.
Got such a "rules" ???

Buying insurance from bank vs insurance company?

Hi,

Nowdays i saw bank also offer a lot of insurance plan and some of the plan also looks very good.
I have a question here. Is it better to buy an insurance plan from an insurance company or from a bank?

I have some questions here. A friend of mine has advertised some information at the Stuff for Ladies, garage sale for 3 times already.
Unfortunately, he found out that his thread has been closed. Can i know wat is the reason his thread being closed?

Hi,

Anyone of you know about Bandar Damai Utama , Bandar Kinrara, Puchong? It is near Kinrara Golf Club, Giant Kinrara and Puncak Jalil. The houses are completed with CF and it is a new housing area, Phase 1.

Here are the details:
Property Type: 2-sty Terrace/Link
Tenure: Leasehold
Land Area: 22X75
Built-Up: 2100 Square Feet
Asking Price: RM330,000.00
Price psf RM157.14 per sq.ft.
Bedrooms: 5
Bathrooms: 4
Situated: Intermediate Unit

I felt like it is quite worth it coz it has 5Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms and it is Phase 1. They are developimg the Phase 2 now and so on.

Questions:
1) Bandar Damai Utama is next to Puncak Jalil , but Puncak Jalil house is ard RM200K-230K only. So, which one is better/ worth to buy?

2) Bandar Damai Utama is near the Kinrara Golf Club, so the house value will increase in future?

3) Now, they only has 2 exit , one is go thru Kinrara, another one is using TPM road. My friend told me that the TPM road there is very jam in the morning and evening . Is it really that jam?

I'm planning to buy a new house cost RM270K and it is in Cheras Damai Perdana. My question is should I wait until end of 2009 coz everybody is saying the house value will drop next year.

Hi, i need some opinion from lowyat forumers.
i'm having dry skin problem, i have tried many body lotion such as Bodyshop's butter, Skin Renew, L'ocettaine.....
but i felt that only L'Ocettaine's almond is more suit me, but it is very expensive.... too expensive la... RM198, for one mth only

so, i hope you all can give me some suggestion which brand is better and cheaper...
Anyway, i heard some ppl said Boots's product is very good. Anyone of you use this products before? Boots only sells in Bangkok and Hong Kong.

Hi

A friend of mine told me that there is a body care product selling in Bangkok which is cheaper and better than Body Shop in Malaysia.
I forgot the brand name already and i cant contact my friend now.
She told me that the Brand is made in UK/ England, which is only selling in Bangkok and it doesnt sell it in Msia.

Can anyone of you know what is the Brand of the product?
