Condo same level with parking floor, good buy?

Dear all,

Would you guys consider condo unit linked with parking floor (separated by lets say corridor in between)?

Would tenant suffers from noise pollution or hot temperature spread by parking area? And would it be extra convenient as your car is just few steps away from your door?

Any opinion is welcomed, preferable real life experience if any.
