Hi everybody!

First of all,my apologize if this is not the right place to post this cos I'm not too sure which category I should post this.🙏

Recently I have got an idea to build and develop a mobile application but I have zero experience and knowledge in doing this.So currently I just write down my idea,concept and draw some sketches of the apps while seeking advice,suggestion and info before I proceed to next step.

What's my idea?

Basically this is an e-commerce apps that will help streamline the process of selling and buying a product.Currently there is a platform but it is not designated for it and I noticed some problems for both seller and buyer.So I want this app to be a better option and solution for the current platform with some additional features.
I've done some research and surprisingly there is no such app yet in the market.Not something exactly I'm thinking about.
*Sorry cos I can't tell the whole idea here but to let you know roughly my idea 🙏

What's my plan?

Since I have zero knowledge in building and developing mobile app,my current plan is to find a developer to do it.But I have some concerns :
1. What if after I explain my ideas to the developer but didn't deal for whatever reason it is,and then they copy my idea and do it instead?I know I sounds kiasu here 😁 but this is my idea and I am very confidence with it,at least it's something I'm confidence to risk for but not to leak my ideas before I try it myself.
2. Price.I know this gonna be expensive and it takes a long time to build.After some research and asking around,I can estimate roughly that the cost to develop his app is at least RM150k and above.
3. I'm ready to take the risk to invest with this estimation,but back to the number 1 concern,I'm stuck in here as I'm not sure if I should go to find any developer and tell them my ideas?
4. I got an idea which is to find a co-founder but this co-founder have to be able to build and develop the app.1 is not enough for sure,maybe 2 or 3 as long they believe in my ideas and committed.I will hire them as the in-house app developer and give them a certain share percentage.I can't do all this by my own anyway so I think this might be a good option,if I can find the right person.

What do I need?

I need some advise and suggestion on how do you think I should do it?And maybe if you have any useful info for this situation.
I'm 100% confidence with my idea and ready to take the risk,but I'm not sure how to do it correctly to transform my ideas into reality in this situation.

Export & Import Business Inquiries

Hi everyone,

I will be running a F&B business(restaurant for a start)in Kalimantan,Indonesia in few months time from now.I'm planning to get some raw material supply(mainly frozen foods)from Malaysia to Indonesia.
For now,I haven't got the complete list of the products and quantity I need but probably it won't be much for starting,so I haven't approach any exporter yet.What I'm thinking is;

Scenario A (This one a bit complicated)

1.)Register a company here in Malaysia
2.)Get someone(my brother)to run the company
3.)Find the products that I need and export it to my company in Indonesia

Scenario B

1.)Get someone to find or prepare all the products I need from Malaysia
2.)Then,this someone will send it to my company in Indonesia by cargo services or something like that(Products are mainly frozen foods or something that probably need to be kept in cold condition)

Questions:

- Is there any special requirement to register an export and import company?(Scenario A)

- Do u know any cargo services that suitable for me?(Scenario B)(Sorry I'm new in this things)

- Which scenario do u think is better?Or any other recommendation for my situation?

Personally I prefer scenario 1 because of future expansion planning.If my plan success in Indonesia,I will need to import quite a lot of raw material from Malaysia.Instead of looking for an exporter,why not I ask my brother to setup a company here and do all the export and he get the profit right?But then of course,the problems is we're not familiar.

Hello everybody,

First of all,thanks for viewing.I'm in the midst of opening a chicken rice shop in Klang valley and I'm a Chinese.My shop will sell hainan chicken rice and some side dishes.Actually our menu is pork free but I know it's not consider as Halal until we get the certification.

I checked with halal.gov.my website for information but not much are useful.One of the information I got is that I must have at least 2 Muslim workers in the kitchen as one of the rules and regulation.

So here I'm looking for more information and hopefully someone with experience in this can share more detailed information.

My client's son lost his passport yesterday.He's Indonesian and due to take a flight back to Indonesia tomorrow.But since he lost his passport,there's no way he can go back tomorrow.

Did anyone know how much limit that we can bring cash from Indonesia (Rupiah) into Malaysia?If the amount exceed the limitation what are the rules & regulations and procedures?

Btw,if I wanna transfer the money through bank,what is the best method to use?The amount can consider quite a lot therefore if I TT the money the bank low currency conversion will suck up a lot from it.

I'm damn pissed the CIMB online banking website!

I'm a regular user of CIMB online banking (www.cimbclicks.com.my) as i need to do fund transaction almost every single day.I've been a user since 1 year+ ago but for the past 2 months the website have been down for quite often for an online banking website!

Yesterday the website is down again.I can't open the page at all (it show failed to connect) even if i can,i can't login.Even if i can login,it's freaking slow and i got disconnected in the middle of a fund transaction!OMG thats terrible isn't it??
Until now it's still the same.Second day now!And this actually not happening for the 1st or 2nd time.. at least 4-5 times for the past 2 months.

I did called the cimbclicks careline (1300880900) for at least 4-5 times to complaint before and i also lodged reports with them twice regarding the problems.But i guess NO proper action have been taken!NO!

The worst part is..

So i was extremely pissed off that it happened again yesterday.I called the so called careline again.Do u know what they told me?

"This normally happen during end of month because of high usage and maybe i should try to use during non peak hour like 6-7pm"

WTF???

High usage??So is that mean i can't use it every end of month?Didnt they suppose to upgrade or do whatever is necessary to prevent this kind of problems?!
And how am gonna try again to do the transaction during non peak hour at 6-7pm when i need to do my work at peak hour???
Damn freaking stupid excuses!
I did spoke with their supervisor on the phone but have been told the same stupid thing and said that they will send my complaint bla bla.

I've never had this kind of problems with others online banking that i use..but this CIMBCLICKS is really pissed me off.

I just lodged a report with NATIONAL CONSUMER COMPLAINTS CENTRE (NCCC).Well honestly i dont know what they can and will do for my complaint..but i feel so helpless and i really need to do online banking so badly.Lot of my works is stuck now.SIGH.

Hello everybody...

I got myself an Ipod Classic 80GB about one month+ ago and it was all alrite BUT it crash very often! =( =(

What happened is my Ipod got crashed 4 times when i plugged in the USB cable and when the iTunes open,it show me an error message which say that "iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPod Ryan Chong.Go to the Summary tab in Ipod preferences and click Restore to restore this iPod to factory setting" and then all the files inside just gone like that... =( SIGH....It happened for 4 times and everytime was the same way.

This is my first iPod and i really don't know why it happened so often..i've spent a lot of time to transfer the songs and managed them but it just suddenly gone like that.
What happened ar?Why like this one? =(
Everytime before i unplug the cable i did click the eject button on the iTunes.
So what went wrong arrr?

PLEASE....please help me...i don't want this to happen again and again,i am sick of it now....

Btw,i've updated my Ipod to the latest version from the iTunes after the first time it got crashed...but still happened after updated..

Please,all the Ipod experts here please tell me what should i do to prevent this to happen again and is there anything wrong with my Ipod?
