Monkey Business

Today a wild monkey came into our housing area...it is not afraid of dogs, my dogs are scare of it, as its size is as big as my dog. It spent quite some time observing my pets on the wall fencing.

This monkey obviously is looking for food. I have small pet animals like chipmunk, hamster, bird and guinea pigs kept inside my house compound. I'm afraid that the monkey will attack them. As I know monkey is very smart in opening cage etc.

Who should I call to capture this wild monkey?

Very pitiful....dogs and cats fur are stripped to use for fur coat.

P/S: I'm not a anti-Chinese, because I am also a pure Chinese (my parents are from China), but I believed there are cruel people in anywhere not only China.

Found this posted by a China forumer in China site, apparently after the TS posted, a China reporter went to investigate and claimed that no such shooting game offer but admission fee to that pet centre is required:-

Dalian SigmaTel's new "My Baby" Pet Paradise located in Dalian City Centre at the fifth floor of the new SigmaTel park. Inside this centre there are quite a number of expensive pure breed dogs which cannot sold out were used as shooting target for fun with marble ball gun, anyone can just pay RMB5 to shoot the dog for fun. Look at those poor dogs and idiots with gun. Can see the dogs are kept in such a poor sanitation condition.

The moral of the story is be kind to animals...even a lion also can recognize its rescuers after some time back to the wild. Come to think of our society nowadays... some of us human are even worst than an animal, did not know how to repay the kindness that rendered to them.

Fund Raising by buying Croc's Shoes

What will happen when dog lick floor detergent?

Just want to share with everyone my beloved dog recently accidentally licked Tesco floor mopping liquid detergent. His tongue was burnt (see picture below), make sure your liquid detergent lids are tightly closed.

Yesterday nite I have to rush my dog "Golden" to emergency vet night call, because his tongue and nose swelled up, the night before I saw Golden was trying to chase my missing hamster under the washing machine till knocked down the Tesco floor liquid detergent, I guessed his nose & tongue must have touched the detergent. I asked the vet to check his throat as well in case he did drink the detergent. Luckily just minor blister on his tongue according to the vet. He is our precious, spent RM130 on the emergency vet bill also worth it, as long as he is safe.

This morning he is getting better, can keep his tongue in tact inside his muzzle, but still hurt I guessed, didn't see him drinks much water as usual. I need to pump water into his mouth using syringe, so that could avoid hurting his blister tongue.
