Recommendation on PC building

Hi all,

I am looking to upgrade my current rig to last me another 3-5 years for medium gaming needs. I am thinking some parts from my current rig can be recycled. Budget around 4-5k. The current rig specs as follows:

CPU: Intel Core i5 760 2.8 GHz (1st gen)
Proc Cooler: Cooler Master V6GT (one fan faulty)
Mobo: Asus P7P55D-E LX
Ram: 2 x 4GB Kingston DDR3 1333MHz
GC: Asus GTX960 Strix (still usable i guess?)
SSD: 60GB Intel 330 Series
HDD: 1TB Samsung Spinpoint F3 (died )
500GB WD Caviar
PSU: Corsair 750M (can recycle this i guess?)
Casing: CM HAF 912 Advanced

I am looking to upgrade some hardwares on my desktop setup so i can play GTA5. Pls advise on what alternatives i can do with my current setup.

Mobo: Asus P7P55D-E LX
Ram: 1x 4GB Kingston DDR3 1333MHz
GC: Asus ENGTX460 Top DirectCU 1GB

PSU: Silverstone Strider 500w

Was thinking to get a GTX960 to replace my GC...

My PC always BSOD!

I've been using my desktop for a few years already and this problem keeps on coming back. Whenever I am watching movies, playing games, downloading or browsing the web, BSOD often happens and it has something to do with memory_management. I have tried:

1) Reformatting my computer a few times, running on Windows 64 bit
2) Tested the RAMs by alternating between the 2x2gb and 2 x 4gb
3) Installing Windows on other HDD
4) Checked the operating temperature and it stayed normal

Ram: 2x 2GB Corsair DDR3 1333MHz Gaming, 2x 4GB Kingston DDR3 1333MHz

HDD: 1TB Samsung Spinpoint F3, 500GB WD Caviar
PSU: Silverstone Strider 500w
Casing: CM HAF 912 Advanced

I am just wondering would it be the mobo thats causing the problem. Dear sifus, please give me some advise. Thank you!
