Anybody knows how to calculate fuel consumption?

I have always been wondering whether my driving is saving fuel/money. So here is my question for you guys to understand what i'm trying to say:

A - Drives 90kmph for 5km in a short time
B - Drives 60kmph for 5km in a longer time

Which one of these two save more fuel? A drives faster but reach the destination faster which means lesser fuel consumption time whereas B drives slower but reach the destination slower, in order words longer fuel consumption time. I'm B anyways

Thanks!
