Kena bang by SG car

Few days ago I kena bang by a SG car in Malaysia. Clearly his fault. Though it's just a small minor damage on my Malaysian car, he rather go insurance route rather then settle privately.

I have made polis report within 24 hours. What are the steps to claim 3rd party insurance against accident involving foreign vehicle in Malaysia ?

My car porch walls have a lot of crack lines. I am looking for contractor to repair. Not keen on tiling up the wall cause too expensive nor do i plan to paint it. I thought of just doing smooth cement finish
Any advise what i should tell the contractor to ensure that the wall will not have crack lines and can last? does it need waterproofing or sealant paint?

SOCAR Accident

Got into an accident on my first time using SOCAR (car rental app service). Accident not my fault and there was no traffic offense against me. Thought i was lucky since I bought the insurance coverage, made the police report, gave all the evidence to SOCAR to claim for their insurance.
Now they want to charge me for NCD loss and non operative loss totalling up to almost RM1k, which is totally absurd to me. Anyone have any experience on this or advise how i can fight this?

Edit : monkey rushed out suddenly into the highway and no time to swerve and bang the monkey. Damage to the front

I got a speeding ticket where in MyEG is shown RM300. I don;t see any discount of 50%?
Another ticket for not showing roadtax, i saw original is RM300 and new price is RM150.

Is the 50% discount not applicable to speed ticket?

Piap is a everyday necessity. But now dom dom so expensive, and many people cant afford it. End up with unwanted pregnancy, rape, kes buang bayi etc

So i suggest BN gov distribute durex dom dom instead of BRIM. Or they can also manifacture their own 1MDom. That way win win for both gov and rakyat
