Some mentioned that, new car before 1000km better don't drive for long distance! True?

Recently, I think of change my car insurance from Alliance to others!

Towing service of Alliance not so comfortable and attitude seemed not as good as Great Easten!

A friend mentioned about MSIG, I never heard about that 😅

Hi,
Did you notice that a lot of Shopee or Lazada sellers selling Flexi Cable with description as below : 40/0076 (3C) = 1mm ?

In fact, 40/0076 is only 0.18mm, it doesn't meet 1mm specification.

And I only see Fajar Cable mentioned 32/020, which is 1.005mm.

So, an I wrong or misunderstood?

I'm staying at Condo. And today, neighbor from downstairs informed that there's water dripping from the ceiling of his toilet (as Video shown).

Before I call the contractor, may I have your advice from your previous experience?
My doubt is whether it's caused by floor leaking or pipe in the wall cracked? Can you tell?
