Any phone with Good PDA and Camera function?

The HP PDA phone 6828 had good pda function however poor ring tone and especially POOR camera function. However, I heard that SonyEric 700 or 800 had good camera function however unable to read Word or Excel.

Is there a phone with reasonable price that combine this 2 good points of this phone?
