Hope everyone can give us some idea on our current financial planning?

Here are our info:

Sold out our condo recently with 200k net profit. Plan to buy a landed property with this 200k cash flow,

Income: 8400 (basic)
Extra income: 2000(freelance) + 1400(rental)

Commitment: -
Car: 1000
House: 1800 (another condo)
Extra: insurance + Nanny (2000)

We are headache buying our future landed terrace house, here are the 2 choices for us now.

Choice 1: Brand new G&G taman, terrace house (price about rm750k to rm900k) + simple renovation (estimate 25k)
(think we can’t afford as monthly installment over rm3500per month and hard to get loan)

Choice 2: 2nd hand terrace house (price about rm500k to rm650k) + big renovation (estimate 100k)
(Without G&G, dangerous and is an old house and need big renovation )

Any advice or you have better suggestion to us? Hope may get as much as comment here, thanks in advance.
