Hi guys. My gal and i bought a house and its been way over a year now closing to 2 years. The house was completed about 3 years plus ago. Why till today there is no occupation permit / land title?

Ok, since its under loan... that means by right the land title is held by the bank right? Now, how about the OP cert? Why there this long overdue delay????

I approached the developer and they kept buying time... I seriously do not know what to do.

Ok, its not only apply to this game. but i hv been wondering for quite a long time since my previous system unit till now... what causes this???

I mean, i have a 3.2ghz core 2 duo with 512mb independent graphic card from Nvidia. 2GB DDR2 ram. So what could possibly be wrong??? See attachment below.... PLEASE ADVICE / HELP....

honda civic SR4 vtec and non vtec brake pad

What is the difference? Can anyone advise me?

Because i have been using a converted front disc brake from a Honda Civic into my MyVi for about more than a year now. But one thing im still confused. Is there a difference in pad sizes for the SR4 vtec and non vtec models?

I do not know how to explain this but, here is a screen shot of the problem...

I faced this once a while and sometimes lowering the video playback quality helps. But sometimes totally do not help at all...

How do i resolve this?

Speedtest is fast but web browsing is slow?

I am at a lost right now. Very... TM guys come and go checking the line, port, modem, wifi, cable, configurations, etc etc...all ok...

I am using a 512mbps package.

Now i have improved in speedtest using the same speed test site (http://speedtest.izzi.com.my/).
I get 400 to almost 600kbps down speed (quite constant) during the day and 300 to 500kbps down speed (quite constant) during the night.

But why web browsing speed more less still quite slow?

Actually i have been complaining the slow connection for many months as my speedtest is always around 100kbps down speed.... finally i improved in the speedtest but web browsing still not up to par....

Please advise....
