Log in problem.....

I have log in problem with hotmail and msn messenger.

In msn messenger, its appear error as below:-

"The Windows Live ID or Password you entered is incorrect.
error code: 80048823 "

In hotmail, its appear error as below:-
"You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect email address or password."

How come its say like that, i never sign in too many time. Then I try "reset your password", "forgot your password" and the other solution by follow instruction but all still same problem.

please advise...
