TPLINK MR6400 & Celcom Broadband

Recently move to a new place for work and subscribed one(1) celcom broadband (SIM ONLY) for my team. Initially started with hotspot and 4-5 laptops have no trouble for surfing and emailing. But hotspot phone start to misbehave and battery bloated . So I purchase TPLINK MR6400 4g router and use the same sim.. all settings as usual or AUTO by network.

However surfing and emailing become very slow, or doesnt work at all. Browser keep showing DNS error, I surf around but no answer in forum. TPLINK says no problem , celcom says no problem .... pening How to solve this?

Been using my NS40 battery for 2.5 years for my P2 myvi, today I ask a shop in KL and quoted me Bosch Battery MF at RM150 with one year warranty..

Wanna ask all sifus here, I really doubt this shop why so cheap.. minus old battery is only RM135

can battery be actually be 'recharge and refurbished'?
