Wrongly Formatted Drive with Command Prompt

Hi guys, first of all this is my stupid mistake. I wanted to create a bootable usb to do Windows7 installation.
So here are the sequence i entered :
DISKPART
LIST DISK
SELECT DISK 1
CLEAN
CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
SELECT PARTITION 1
ACTIVE
FORMAT FS=NTFS

So the problem is, i wrongly selected DISK 1, which is my 1terabyte external hard drives. I have alot of important items within.

Note, i noted the mistake before the format even reach 1% so i closed the command prompt at 0%.

Now i can't seem to detect my external.

Question, is my data still inside ?
Can i still manage to use them ?
How do i go through all the stupid mess i have done ?

Your input are greatly appreciated.
