[WTA] Claim DIGI iphone warranty

Hello, here is my case.
My Iphone 5 16gb was replace with digi warranty once, previously the digi staff didn't give me a new warranty card( so called privilege card ) for the refurbish phone,
while I am still holding the previous warranty card, and NOW again something wrong with my iphone 5 camera, after being checked in digi centre time square,
the staff told me there was an internal scratch inside the lens, after checking I was eligible to claim the warranty,
but when I show the warranty card he told me that the imei number was not matching with my phone and telling me digi will provide me a new warranty card when they replace a phone to me, but I didn't have that card, because I am actually holding the warranty card for the previous phone and he is not willing to let me claim.

I have the bill with me anyway to proof that i actually bought it from digi, and from iphone warranty checker confirm my phone is still under warranty.
I am here to ask whether I am able to claim without the warranty card?
Can they track from the serial number or something?
any Digi staff here?

I change to Martin strings(Eric Clapton)....

After I have tune my first string to E , I started to tune other strings...

After 5mins, the first string broke....I find it very weird....

Anyone can tell me reason....it broke at the center part....not around the bridge and the tuner part...
