Thermaltake ToughPower Grand RGB 850W

Hi
I have search thru the internet , i do not know where should i send my Thermaltake ToughPower Grand RGB PSU for warranty ,i brought it from my friend as it have 10 years warranty, have been contacted Thermaltake FB , they took my S/N and just keep quiet.
Log a ticket via Thermaltake website , same thing , after a few email and turn quiet.
Uses the unit for a while and one fine day it just couldn't boot up.
I have tested with my old PSU .......can bootup ............
but with my Thermaltake ToughPower Grand RGB 850W PSU , blank black screen at all.
Please guide me.
