Funny network issue

Hi, I've been facing with some funny network issue lately. Not sure if anyone here heard about it, but..just trying out my luck.

At times when I try to load a website, for example: Facebook. My browser will show "you're not connected to the internet", but I can use the same browser to load other websites. So I tried using another browser to access facebook, but result is the same, still not able to connect to Facebook.

No, it's not Facebook server problem. Once I unplug my LAN cable and plugged in again, it just "magically" works!

It can happen to any websites, worst is..when I try to make online purchase.

Just anytime without any sign, this stupid "you're not connected to internet" page will pop-up. I'm getting so frustrated trying to figure out what is wrong with this network.. sigh..

FYI, it's not my computer's problem, and certainly not my LAN cable. It happened to my phone and iPad also.

Help me please...
