Help. Sent my phone to DirectD Warranty claim.

Last year August, 8 months ago my phone got a new software update and after reseting it would not turn on. It was quite new so I send it back to DirectD for warranty claim.
They tell me they will contact me when it is done in about 2 months.

After 2 months I did not get any reply I called them. They tell me someone will call me back to update me. No reply.
Next month I call them again. Same thing they tell me someone will call me back to update me. Still no reply.
Every month I call them and the same thing happens. Now I whatsapp their number and they still tell me someone will contact me for an update and I still have gotten no reply.

What can I do? So long they just stalling time. Now when I call them they just reject my call.

I wanted to open a CIMB basic savings account so I went to CIMB SS15 on the 7th July 2021 10am+-.
When I got to the counter the chineseman1(this matters) asked if I was working or a student. I said have my own business.
Then he said I would then need to bring a hardcopy of my SSM business to open an account which sounds weird to me because Maybank just asked for my IC when I open my savings account there so I reconfirm with him for INDIVIDUAL BASIC SAVINGS ACCOUNT I need to bring my SSM hardcopy?

He then called over malaylady1 to speak to me. I asked her the same thing, I want to open an INDIVIDUAL BASIC SAVINGS ACCOUNT so I still need to bring a hardcopy of my business SSM? She said yes. Fine, then I told her my business was registered online and I only have a soft copy, could I email it or bring a thumbdrive, she said no only hardcopy or printed SSM. Fine so I went home and got it printed.

8th July 2021 10am+ CIMB SS15 Subang Jaya

So now I came back with my SSM. I went to the counter told Malaylady2 I have my IC and my printed SSM and I want to open an INDIVIDUAL BASIC SAVINGS ACCOUNT. She said ok but first you need to open a COMPANY CURRENT ACCOUNT then use it as an "introducer" to open my Basic Savings Account.
I will also need rm1k for the Company Current Account and rm20 for my Basic Savings as first time deposit.

WTF? Now I know that is pure lies. There is no way that is true. I just walked off went into my car and googled basic savings account requirements.

So obviously chineseman1 malaylady1 malaylady2 are all lying through their teeth. How to trust Cimb anymore if they can just lie to your face something as obvious as that. The reason why I said chineseman1 malaylady1/2 is because this is not just 1 staff lying, this is all 3 so obviously upper management put in some deceit policy to get people to sign up for shit they dont need. Sounds like the bullshit Wells Fargo did.

Is there any channel for consumer/customers to put in a formal complaint? Any governing bodies? This is total bullshit.

Edit: Submitted a complaint at cimb enquiries and feedback website. Will update if I get a reply.

Internet Sharing through USB?

Is there any way I could share internet through a USB cable?
Lets say my uni has a computer room but without any useable programs but internet explorer. I want to use usb(eth plug is used to get lan internet) to share the computer's internet with my laptop? Must I only use knn cleaning kit oil?
Can I use any other oil? Lets say engine oil ? cooking oil? Any sifu can recommend me one?
