A question to all the guru's here.

My brother and I own a house (already fully paid) and the title is under both our names. If he is to transfer the ownership from joint to single (to me). Money we can settle between ourselves.

What is the simplest and cheapest way of doing this?
What fee do we/I need to pay?
Stamp duty needed? Pay half or full stamp duty (not sure if calculate that way , but logic talk me I own half transfer half ma )

[HELP] ZTE ZXDSL831 Manual connection setting

I'm having some problem login into streamyx.

My DSL is fine (not blinking). When I call TMNET, they INSTRUCT me to change my modem setting from Auto connection to Manual connection b4 they help me to do the trouble shooting

I'm currently using TMNET free old ADSL modem ~ ZTE ZXDSL831. Previously, my friend help me to set my modem to auto connection. I myself do not know how to set it back to manual connection.

I tried to seach on the web and all I'm able to find is guide on how to set the modem to a router mode (meaning auto connection). I read from one of the website ~~ saying that I may need streamyx connection client. (I think this maybe the software CD from streamyx in a BOX; which I do not have)

Does any one have any idea on how to set the modem to manual connection?? And does anyone know where can I get the download link for streamyx connection client??

PLEASE HELP!!!
