New Ext HDD only can use on 1 pc

I just brought a Ext HDD from PC fair ( 2.5" WD 160G Sata + Speed 2500 casing)

And because the HDD haven't open before, so i follow my friend's advise, use Windows installation mode to create a partition for it.

After that, it able to use only that PC.

But the problem is, that Ext HDD ONLY can use on that PC. Other PC cant use it and shows "USB device not recognized" and the Ext HDD lamp is blinking slowly. Tried alot of PC with different OS (ie Win XP, Vista). Get same Answer....

When use back on the PC which doing create partition, it able to use.....

Any solution for my problem?
