            <title>Helpdesk Problem Analyst or Quality Analyst?</title>

            <description>Anyone work as Helpdesk Problem Analyst, or Quality Analyst in call center? It&amp;#39;s not a helpdesk job which need take call. It&amp;#39;s more to analysis problem, cases, report.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any idea for the range of salary? I will have interview soon but not sure how much should ask.
