Restart problem..

i using

Core 2 Duo 1.86Ghz 1.87Ghz
1 GB DDR2 667
Gigabyte Nvidia 7600Gs
250 Western DIgital Hard Disk (sata)
Icute ATX-450W/P4
Asus P5E N SLI

last time i try plug in another IDE hard disk then after that my restart problem start... my master HDD is in sata slot and my Dvd drive in IDE slot then i plug in another IDE hard disk sharing same ribbon cable wif my DVD drive and then when i turn on my com.. my com suddenly black screen and turn off... after that restart problem start begin... even i take off all then component, do the troubleshooting... still the same.. when i play game, surf net, watch movie.. or just open the com for 5 min also restart....is my motherboard sot liaw or my hard disk ? so i think i plug in that HDD i forgot take out the master jumper and my motherboard detect 2 master HDD and make it sot jor ?

really need help..

Computer shut down itself

fristly i using win xp(sata II) then i plug in my another hard disk which installed win ME(IDE).. i wan to copy some file.. then i forgot to take off the mastle/slave pin at the back of the hard disk(ME). then i on my com.. my com in back screen only.. after that it shut down itself... then i try to remove the pin.. then boot my com again ... it start normally then until i run the anti virus to scan the hard disk(ME) then i shut down suddenly but no restart.. after that i put my com on for 1 night and open some dl.... nth happen until next morning my bro try to use search the website.. it shut down again ... when i running need for speed carbon, warcraft 3 and RO mostly it will shut down itself... but when i suf net and chatting it wont .... can any1 help me on this problem ?? is that hard ware problem or others problem ?
