My client bought the Sony VGN-SR55GF notebook for RM4,299.00 which comes with Windows 7 64Bit. He wanted instead, the 32Bit windows 7; so are there links for the downgrade windows 7 32Bit with drivers and applications??

Forgive me, I don't know whether to post here or on the hardware forum.

Anyhow, I would like to know how to convert epson lq printer files into hp laserjet equivalent or pdf files. Are there any utilities to do this transparently?

Are there any laser printer which is compatible with epson lq codes?

Howdy folks,

Have you encounter such bizare problem as stated above before? Its not the speaker or the drivers and I don't know whats causing this problem.
(Running windows XP Pro, with all the proper drivers)

Installing Windows Xp on Inspiron 1420

Howdy Folks,

How do you install windows xp pro on Dell Inspiron without a floppy disk. The inspiron 1420 uses a scsi driver to recognize the c drive; but without the A: drive how do you install windows xp pro on it? Currently vista business is installed.

p.s; I've no usb A: drive.

Any help?

Lacking in Linux

Howdy Open sourcer folks,

What linux lack and is the MAIN problem for it to fly is the lack of drivers for printers, scanners, nic and what not!

Are there any heroes out there who can "convert" MS windows xp or vista drivers to linux?!!

By having this conversion (can be discrete), we can be compatible and compete with windows xp or vista with no driver problems at all!!
