Hello all,

Would like some financial advice on what to do with the shares that I have bought with ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan).

It does not give good dividend%. So should I sell it and invest it somewhere else? or should I just keep it as is and hope the share price goes up?

Need help with Streamyx W3410 Router Config

Hi Guys,

Need some assistance with my router settings. Using a 2Mbps Streamyx line currently. As soon as I play Dota or load certain webpages, my wlan spikes like crazy. Doing a ping test to Google DNS servers will show a huge spike from 20-30+ ms to 1k+ ms when playing dota or loading facebook, soccernet.com etc.

Youtube for some reason works fine.

Router model: W3410
WLAN: N mode, channel 11 (used a wifi analyzer and Channel 11 is the best)
Channel Width: 40 (tried 20 and still the same)
Control Sideband: Upper (tried lower and still the same)

WLAN speed at 150Mbps but as mentioned as I surf the net, it will drop. Phone works fine though. Do a speedtest on Ookla on my phone, Im able to get 1.9Mbps on average but when I do it on my PC, the spike comes in again. Weird part is speedtest on Streamyx works fine.

Tried to disable IPv6 on my PC and still the same.

Not sure if there is anything else I can try. Last resort seems to be to format my PC but any other things I could try before I do that?

Need your help to choose among those cars. My budget would be around that price range. The Elantra would be stretching it though.

Among those I would prefer the Forte or Inspira but family is leaning towards the Japanese cars.

Found a job in Bandar Utama and need to rent a room near that place. It is at One First Avenue near 1 Utama Shopping Complex.

Not really familiar with the location. Wondering which aparment would be a good place to rent a room?

Would prefer that it is near food stalls, LRT and bus station.

Best if monthly rental below RM500.

Any suggestions? Was looking at Pelangi Utama. Any other places? Thanks in advance!

Latency/Ping very high when playing online game

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Few days ago
Problem frequency: All the time
Problem description: Not sure when it happened, but right now everytime i try to play online games, the ping/latency is very high. It used to be OK but this pass few days i am unable to play any online games because of the high latency.
Please help...
