i want to share the experience with the recent termite treatment that i have done on my sub sales house. i saw many people ask about this company "skill termite" but yet to have anyone reply on it.

the package i signed up is for termite soil treatment (drilling)my landed house, i signed in the fair and the price is ok. I understand they need to make many hole (more than 80) near the wall in my house and fill it with chemical called Bayer Premises. this product had been well know in many country over my research, but that's dilution to ensure the protection lasting.

starting of the job i can see the senior guy explain to me where he want to drill the hole and lucky for me i did some research and know this bayer product can also apply in the soil outside my house. so i apply most of the hole outdoor and only 40% is applied on those wall connected to my neighbor.

these guy start to drill hole around my house and while they want to put in the chemical, i found out they only use 30% of the dilution then i ask them to put as what had been label in the bottle to ensure the 5 years protection. and they agree to follow. With the SOP, they are suppose to inject each hole with 5 little, but it seem under the concrete of my house having wet soil, therefor some hole can only fill in about 2 little of water. with my own calculation, it suppose to use up 1++ little of chemical, but i can only see they used 750ml.

After they have injected the soil, they filled up the cement on those hole but it is abit ugly as the colour will not perfectly match. if you have a nice renovated tiles, i dont think you willing to drill it. later they climb up my ceilling and start spraying with their water gun, i did climb up together and i saw they are spraying a big amount of water until all wood get wet out. with that huge amount of water, i believe it can caused your ceiling get yellowish after it dry off.

Overall, i'm not really complete satisfy their service, but at least i can be sure my house will not get termite easily, i confident with the Bayer chemical, but not the work skilltermite company carry out.
1st, i dont see they use a correct dilution which is most important.
2nd, some boy come in and spoil my toilet lock.
3rd, they smoke and throw the cigarette butt on my carporsh.
4th, They not really inspect my roof. the guy simply just walk in the middle of my roof with a small touch light, i dont think he really check in any details.
5th, after they move away my furniture, they did not put it back.
6th, Since it is drilling, all floor get dirt and they just sweep it without mop it.
7th, The chemical is a class 3 poison product, as mentioned above, the chemical get overflow and they do not clean it away. if you have kid and pets, be sure you spend extra money or time to do your own cleaning.

Proton saga flx - problem fill up petrol

Hi All,

I have an Proton Saga Flx 1.3 cvt. while i filling up petrol, the petrol gun always auto stop indicate overflow even my car just left 1 bar of petrol. I have to forcefully fill it in with the petrol gun keep stopping. Maximum i can fill in 80% (RM40) from the full tank.

Any idea what is happening?

lately i found the driving range land near the oneUtama new wing are now fill with concrete slap, but it didn't mentioned what building to be built. I heard the See hoy chan group will build up the retirement village + hospital on the same land.

2 thing would need yours comments.

1. Is this a real plan (last heard of the news is at 2003)? any one have work with See hoy chan corp and understand the actual location?
2. Would it effect the house price in Bandar Utama ? especially BU4 which most near to the driving range.

like to share my experience in taman shamelin cheras service center. I have posted in the forum before that after i did my 2nd service there, my fc dropped significantly from 889km full tank to 730km. on that service, i also asked them to replace my wiper because the wiper always make a stain on my wind screen that blocking my screen.

on that day, a manager (edward) and engineer (Ah boy) is handle my service, the service just a normal service, but i notice they adjusted my brake, i thot that is normal so i just drive back. after 2 weeks of used, i realise my fc dropped so i drive back to sc. the manager edward told me ah boy is no longer working there and he will allocate another engineer for me to test my car. that engineer seems dont know anything about prius c and he plug in his device and start reading, we went out for test drive and he seems no idea on those running figure. and when stop, he just tell me, everything is normal.... (wtf...!) i asked him what is normal, which is the international figure that should prove "ok". he dont know how to answer my question and he told me he not sure what had been done on the car by the last engineer. (WTFx2!) i asked them it should be a standard service and why u all adjust my handbrake, and he tell me the brake also get adjusted... and he asked me to press the brake pedal lighter... (wtfx3!) i asked him to call the ah boy to explain,and he tell me he already resigned.... (wtfx4!!!) i asked him to adjust back everything, and he give me so many excuse and seems he dont know how to fix hybrid car...

what the hell all these about? the sc engineer only know how to change motor oil? contribute x10 more expensive on the workmanship just to get reply on they dont know how to fix back that they spoilted?! his reason is totally not acceptable!

after that i talk to their manager edward again and he said he will raise a case to hq and assign the so called "malaysia hybrid expert team" to diagnose my car. but the team only got 1 in malaysia. and the waiting time is "unknown". i asked him about the wiper issue, he straighaway tell me wiper no warranty, i tell him the wiper is a defect unit and it blocking my view because it will mark a rubber stan after each swap. he said he will put a polish on my windscreen but it have to take me whole day.. im thinking here, why polish my wind screen need a whole day?! it should be very straight forward by just wipe with a span right? it only take him 5 minutes to complete the job, i can guess he trying to make me trouble and want to give up the complaint. but nvm, i do have time, i said i will come tomorrow to do that. (i did come to fix it on tomorrow and he ask me to test for some days.)

after a weeks, i realises the situation doesn't get any better. i drive back after a month, i asked them to view on my car, the sc just reply me again "no warranty". this time i have no patient anymore, i straight away shout on the sc. i tell them u all asked me to come so many time and ask me to test it and return back when problem reoccured. now the problem happend and u just so easy to reply "no warranty?!" i also asked them how about the FC issue? why no people followup? the manager "Lim" just reply, it should be a driver behavior on fc issue... (i really going mad now). i asked them dont threat me like a dumb, i said i will report it to the toyota customer service center and put in the forum how is this sc threat their customer. that manager just reply me "it is your choice" (wtf...!) i asked him so what is should do now? he said he will help me personally to report to the HQ about my concern and will return a call to me after 1 week. thursday, i called them my self (after 12days passed), and the guy said will return call me asap. but.... until now still no call from anyone.

i think this is enough... i posted here and hope u all can see it. avoid TAMAN SHAMELIN CHERAS TOYOTA SERVICE CENTER!!!!!!!!!!

2. they dont know how to fix your prius after they spoilt it.
3. they will threat u like dumb
4. the engineer in that SC only know how to change motor oil.
5. when u want to make complaint? they said they area okay, because toyota need them more than customer.

I think most of the prius follower heard how nice is prius, people say the car very good in the fuel consumption la, usa taxi used the prius and battery last for 10 years la, sikit money for the maintainance la, bla bla bla

but anyone think about the negatives history? I'm looking for a car, so i have been doing a research for 2 weeks before place an order. I go through you tube, google search, forum in malaysia, forum in taiwan, forum in us. until lately i found this...

Cambridge language center cheat case

Wanted to share with you all, careful if you plan to sign up any course at Cambridge language center at Malaysia, they like to cheat student money. like my friend case, she been offered by the Cambridge language center where the course will give free dictionary, and asked my friend to make a full payment, the consultant there will tell u the course can be use for 5 years. My friend were sign up and she only attend the course after few years later, but the center told her cannot attend anymore because their policies is after 6 months if you dont complete the course, they will forfeit it.

After this thing happened, we been talk to few neighbor and they all telling me the same thing, all is a negative respond. They will teach u as in the book, and feel cheated as well (better if you self study)

We are going to do a complaint for the consumer department soon. and hope it wont have another victim like her.

well... seem alot of people dont trust me, yes, i have a trick to make your package become rm65 for 1mbp
and the package is 2 years package, jaring website will display RM69. but if u top up from me, i can give you a special discount become RM65

some people said im doing business, so? what so bad if i share the win win due here? i can give u a better services (compare to tmnut) and cheaper price, why you all still not happy? come on... u all are very happy pay RM66 for 512kb + suck services? well...

im jaring user as well, each time i download p2p, the speed can be up to the maximum which is 120k and upload i set it to 25k. but some time will slower because the seed are lagging. surf net is wonderful, their DNS server is very fast. if u all dont believe, try to ask someone who are using the jaring broadband.
