Direct XC June 2010 installation fail.

Hi guys, yesterday i tried to update my direct x with the June 2010 version, however, when i try to install, i will get this error message:

"An internal system error occurred.
Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine problem."

and the setup will says it fail. I have googled around, and i did not find any solution for it yet. If anyone should know what is the cause and how to fix it, please do let me know....quite sad that i cant update to new DX version

I checked my Windows Folder, there were a DXError.log before this, dunno why it disappeared..but its last edited date was months back, so i don think my issues would be stated there. I also looked thru my DirectX.log. It did not state out any errors.

Hi, as streamyx users, i am sure most of us are very unsatisfied by the service quality that have been provided by Streamyx, so in order to make a change, i have decided to gather a list of people and we lodge a group complain to MCMC, CFM together as a group. Anyone that is currently facing frequent dc, inconsistent connection, got throttled, or have any open report that is remained unsolved for quite some time now, or even have bad experience with them, join the list to reclaim our rights as a consumer!

i recently think about upgrading my laptop, but since mine is 1.86 pentium M, no point upgrading to 2.16 also, cos not much different, so i was thinking of upgrading it to 775 processors and is there are any adaptor out there that can fix my problem......
please someone, help me......
