cronology
A advertised Honda City 2009 at 23k (below market price). He said he will take care all puspakom and transfer name
B confirm to buy, paid in full
A used runner to settle puspakom and passed. Later they transfer name
B received the car... and feel not right, and send to puspakom kelantan, puspakom kelantan found out it is kereta potong.
B wants refund from A.

A claims that the car he bought from used car dealer in Seri Kembangan

Now i'm scare to buy used car. Actually i'm still surveying car to buy (used car) only.
How do we protect ourself from buying kereta potong? Does used car allow buyer to send car for puspakom? Probably yes if paid in cash, what about loan

Just now on the way to work i kene accident. Car behind me hit me so hard and pushed my car to hit the front car.
The front car I setel RM30 since little scratch on his bumper. The car behind me honda civic has a bit of damage also.
But my car, bumper is damaged and both headlight damaged.

Her father (the honda civic driver) called me, and he ask to settle outside. He will pay for my damage.
Now I am at home, waiting for him to come this lunchtime.
I did take the picture of the driver's IC and her car number plate... and i also take the phone number of the guy in front of me.

The question is:
What should I do to make sure he pays? After the mechanic give quote then ask him to pay immediately?
How much does saga FL headlight costs roughly? Coz I dont want to be cheated the mechanic use cap ayam headlight.

Or should I just go to proton service centre? It is near to my house but i doubt the father will agree to this.

Security tint? Need advice

Hello all,

Just bought a car, the dealer offered me tint. The price is RM400 for 4 mil tint.
The brand is comfort tint (cheapo brand i think).

So can anybody advise what is actually security tint? Some say robber smash window, the windshield wont shatter (the glass will break but will stick to the tint). What happen in emergency when need to smash window?

To be honest I like the 2 mil tint better, coz have blue colour. 4 mil got black colour only.

When I was form 4, i have a gf. One day a guy asks my gf her number, then she gave that guy MY number.
Then later that guy msg me, saying want to meet.
I was like WTF, lucky at that time I was texting my gf, she gives me a heads up about that guy.
So I want to mess with him for a little while, I say sure, let's meet at KFC <insert place> tomorrow morning.
I was playing games that time, unreal tournament I think, and I forgot about that guy.
Then later tomorrow at evening, that guy msg me, cursing me.
I was like oh shiat I forgot about him then I apologize to him.
He didn't reply and that's the last time I heard from him.

That poor guy waited for a day...lolz. Poor guy

4. Specs : Has roof and can move
5. Transmission : Auto
6. NA or FI : Any
7. Type : 4 door
8. Remarks : For going to work. City driving. My work route is puchong to petaling jaya through LDP. I understand the traffic jam is terrible using that route, so if can, I want to save money on petrol. Maintenance should be cheap.

From my research, my choice is myvi/viva only....saga has terrible fc.
There is persona 2008 for 40k, I like it but I am scared the fc is terrible during jam

How to deal with stubborn kid?

I live with my sister. I have a niece, she is few months old.
I have a nephew. This is the problem, he is 4 years old but he is really stubborn.
He like to do things that he know I forbid him. Like taking water from sink and splashing it all over the house.
He dont want to wear short/pants leaving his testicle hanging...he dont wear pampers anymore.
When at home, he wants the tv all to himself, watching playhouse disney channel all day.
When i lie down, he like to step on my back, and chest. That really hurt, and disrespectful. I told him many many times dont do that again, but still he do that.
It's like he is having fun doing things that I forbid.
To sum it all up, he is a spoilt brat.

And the thing is, if I didn't comply with him, example changing the channel, he will scream at me. He will yell "nak tengok cite (his name)" continuously until I submit.
I have tried taking away his toys, but he yell until i submit. I guess I submit because I feel ashamed at the neighbor.
He yell sure the neighbor can hear....

So /k/ give me some suggestion on how to teach that kid. Is it time to smack the kids?
I think that we should go back to the traditional ways, which is caning
