Need help to move downloads..

I just ordered a new computer online, and it will reach any day now. I'm a new user of bitcomet, currently my total bitcomet dl file is 21GB+ large in the old computer (with a 30GB harddisk space!).

I'm thinking to move the dl one by one to the new computer. Is this the right way to move the dl? Would the dl start by itself after I move it into my new computer? Any help / suggestions is much appreciated.

Can't connect to IE

My brother downloaded AVG few days ago, then after that, suddenly can't connect to IE anymore. I use run > cmd > ipconfig to check, found that there is no IP address. I tried to manually type in the IP address, default gateway etc into the connection as recommended by one of the forums but it didn't work. Any suggestions?
