Archive Messages function

I realise I didn't archive after getting bigger inbox space but one day my inbox will be full and I will need to clear or archive my PMs.

I also wanted to know how am I going to archive 200 PMs when the maximum allowed is only 50 messages per email. I would like to archive it based on month (Jan, Feb, etc) but from the system, if I choose to archive messages received in the last 30 days, it came out something else because it based on today date. If I choose to archive message in the last 365 days, I only can get 50 messages only

I usually archive my PMs just incase I would like to refer back it back.
