Motherboard/CPU

Hi everyone,

I have recently build a PC...but there is some issues with the motherboard/cpu (I'm not sure which one). When I lock the CPU Cooler hard a bit only....the whole PC cannot boot up....I have to loose it until it's even a bit goyang when I move the heatsink...then only can boot... I didn't tighten the cooler screw hard before also...
What could be the issues here? Thanks in advanced.

i have made a copy of current OS and use it to create another boot entry..
now i have 2 boot entry...can i delete it all and create using the same boot entry?
it's risky...that why i need to ask before doing this

how to use # to cover all the slot in the mine board?
i already create the mine out..but don know how to cover it with #
i use assigning the value to the array for mine
can i use printf to cover up?and will the data gone after i cover?
or any other method?

i settle the problem already, but found another problem
using @ as cursor on the mine as selector...i cant program it..
how to make it?

it stuck after logon, nothing comes out after logon..just a wallpaper, no taskbar no shortcuts on the screen...
ctrl+alt+del, explorer.exe doesnt load....

safemode= X
safemode+command prompt= X
normal mode = X
"x"= fail....same thing, nth out....
for safe mode, even it nvr ask whether u wan restore or continue...
command prompt also nvr out...

9ms is totally fake 1, i don know how this happen...but seems like a trouble for me...i cant play a game properly...
