            <description>Hi everyone,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have recently build a PC...but there is some issues with the motherboard/cpu (I&amp;#39;m not sure which one). When I lock the CPU Cooler hard a bit only....the whole PC cannot boot up....I have to loose it until it&amp;#39;s even a bit goyang when I move the heatsink...then only can boot... &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;  &lt;!--emo&amp;:bangwall:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/bangwall.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='bangwall.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;  &lt;!--emo&amp;:bangwall:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/bangwall.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='bangwall.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;  &lt;!--emo&amp;:bangwall:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/bangwall.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='bangwall.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; I didn&amp;#39;t tighten the cooler screw hard before also...&lt;br /&gt;What could be the issues here?
