All sifus, wanna ask is there any way to retain my jailbreak apps after i did a clean restore to get 1-1 exchange or refurbished set and install all the apps?

1. How to do a clean restore back to factory settings? Will contacts info lost?

Sim Failure or Invalid Sim in iPhone4S

Yes my phone is jailbroken but it has no problem with sim problem until recently about 2 weeks, it's getting worse. I need to restart my phone. Respring doesn't help at all. What could be the problem? My iOS is 5.0.1 (9A406).

I wanted to Restore and install latest 9A406 software update but i fail to recover my photos, videos, sms, etc.

it is stated itunes will backup and restore everything. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4946

it came out to be all my apps not in groups as before, need to re-register for whatsapp, Line, etc.

It became a brand new phone after the software upgrade preserving my contacts and apps. why is this so not my photos, sms? how to solve?
