Delayed Property Transfer

Dear sifus, need some kind advice here.

I bought a subsale unit (condo) end of last year. Both S&P plus the loan was signed.

I was made aware that the developer did not allow direct transfer. Hence, to my understanding, it would require a double transfer? So the first transfer went through without hassle but im now stuck at the second transfer for around 3-4 months.

I've contact both my lawyer office and banker, and the reason given was because the land office was closed. It is currently open now but they do not accept walk-ins. (The latest update is that even with appointments, they have to be made by email. I have requested the lawyer to expedite the process but the land office has yet to reply anything and was just told to wait for the email)

Here's the part i need to seek some clarification:
Due to this delay, ive had to pay a form of progressive interest for the past few months.
1) i was made aware that this interest is not fixed. Is there any information that i can get regarding this type of interest and how it is calculated? Before this i always thought this progressive interest was only applicable when buying a new property being developed.
2) i have not gotten any statement from the bank the past month. the due date is today. (in fact, the previous statements were emailed to me the day before the due date of that month's payment ). Is there a grace period to pay this?
3) i do not have a savings account with the bank (my mistake probably), hence i can't check it on the bank's online platform and was made aware that i cant make an account at the present moment. Is there a way to check rather than waiting for the email, which is always late to arrive? also they did not send any statements to my mailing address as well.

I'm a new user of CIMB Clicks. I noticed that my secureword occasionally changes to a different word.

Is this normal? (like a way/test for CIMB clicks to make sure u check each time?) or is it suppose to be the same all the time when u login?

Previously, I was using Maybank2u and I never encountered such issue.

1) Is there any charge for downgrading the line if the 12months contract hasn't expired?

I received a letter from UMMC (universiti malaysa medical center) regarding an invoice billing me rm20.

As i have recalled, it might be for the H1N1 checkup I did few weeks back.

So I was wondering, are we charged for this checkup? The bill stated that it was for "TRAUMA & KECEMASAN" (trauma & emergency)

And besides that, they stated that I stayed in the ward for 3 days when I didn't.

Anyone can clarify?

unable to load facebook

i got this problem since yesterday night. everytime i try to enter the facebook home page it loads up a blank page and shows done. I tried clearing the cache and using with both IE and firefox but nothing helps. tried restarting pc and modem also doesn't help.

i doubt is my line problem because my housemate can access it.

Fail to sync application

I downloaded an application from itunes and when i tried syncing it with my iphone, this popped out:

"The application "blablabla" was not installed on the Iphone "xxx" because you are not authorized for it on this computer.

What does this mean?

running 2g iphone on fw 2.0.2 with itunes 7.7
