I'm currently doing an assignment with regards with taxation.

What are the problems and challenges that taxpayers (you can be the one or corporate taxpayers or even the public) faced on the advance rulings system since its implementation since 2007 ?

What is your view/opinion about it?

i'm currently doing diploma in business studies (accounting).
i'm still wondering and undecideable whether should i continue my studies with a degree or an alternative way given, which is advanced diploma cum ACCA (offered in my current college).

for those experienced ppl out there, which is better ?
what is your opinion?
izzit better to have a degree then later will do the remaining ACCA papers after exemption are given or straightaway do the advanced diploma cum ACCA?
