Stalker on the prowl

Hi,

Recently a female friend of mine (late 30s) being a victim of a stalker (40 ish uncle). Unknowingly, she disclosed her weekly schedule to him and now he is stalking her almost daily as she doesn't want to go out with him for a dinner.

He happened to know where she stay and her parent house. So, each day he would stalk her and try to see whether she go out with another guy for a date. If he saw it, then he would confront her aggresively (driving) and asking her why she willing to go out with another guy and not him.

What she had do:

She had sternly told him off;
Asked him stop following her;

But all comes to the same thing. He still stalks her.

Any advise on the law in Malaysia that can prevent him from stalking? Because she's afraid if goes to the police, the guy will turn violent.

my manager wants a slice of my award

Recently i was awarded by my company in the form of monetary and my manager wants a slice of it. Reason is, he chose me as a good staff (bla bla bla) and in the end i was given a sum of money as a reward. The problem now is he call and congratulate me and say split the award half-half between me and him as he recommend me.

My heart is broken, how come i have such manager? I wish to decline it but at the same time i'm also scared that in the future i'll be given a hard time. Or should i just give him a small slice only (i take 70% he take 30%)?

Any advise?

Housing loan issue

My dad bought a house and both of us name are on the s&p and loan application.

If my dad fails to pay or have bad payment every mth (eg. Outstanding 2-3 mts), will I have issue on the credit report? Since I'm just a name only and he's paying the loan.

And will I have issue applying to loan in the future?

Empty Blank File Field

i was wondering am i able to don't put any file in a file field and upload to the database and assuming it will not update it?

The language is ASP

This is the 3 field... If i don't select any file it will give me error.

lets sayz tht i coded a application using asp and mysql as the database. How to upload the database into the web server (online)?

i'm using MySQL-Front for the MySQL db.
