hi,

do you know what user friendly design software specifically used to create product datasheets?

i've used piktocharts and similar (online based) but they are pretty restricted in the layouts. and .exe based?

ms office is a bit 'flat'...

adobe is too complex..

anything that is in the middle of those 2?

i duno what offence i have committed but got a call and official letter from JPJ that i have to go to thier office to settle a "Aduan Penyiasatan" case of my car No.

my car is not blacklisted but JPJ has many times confirmed that I have to go to thier office personally to settle this and they can only explain more at the counter. they also won't give me any summon to pay for now and the only way to proceed is to go to settle myself.

today i went and to my surprise .. WTFFFFF.... i m on the 110th queue list. the waiting room is like full of people with thier smelly sweat and pasar malam like condition. the guys inside told me even i come in early morning, queue is bloody long also and i can only settle in that branch (Setia Wangsa). i went out the door and saw those ulat (chinese ah bengs) who offer services and claim to help me settle my case fast. of course with certain charges. i denied and go back home since it was 4:45pm.

anyone experienced those services before? is is trustable? i don't mind paying a bit more but i think this country's traffic management system is really phucked up to have people wait so long everyday. furthermore i offered to ask them issue me the summon (if any) right away so i can pay online but they say they have to go thru the process.
