WTA - Programmable TVs?

Hi all,

I want to find out if there is any TV models ( Plasma/LCD/LED ) which allows certain programmable functions such as :

1) To ON/OFF at a certain period
2) When automatically switched on, it will read and play the content of the SD Card/USB Device attached to it IN A LOOP.( hence , need SD/USB type of tv )

Appreciate your comments / recommendations for this.
