I remember I saw somewhere (not sure here at LYN or those post shared in FB), there is a compilation of different property handover kits.

Gemilang Indah Condominium

Hi all,

Don't find any topics discussing on this Gemilang Indah condo. Anyone or any agents here can give opinion?

Sri Petaling vs Taman Desa

Hi all, wanted to get opinions from everyone.

I'm deciding between two places, Danau Idaman of Taman Desa and Endah Regal of Sri Petaling. I'm working in KL city center (Jalan Yap Ah Shak) and my gf works in Kuchai Lama. Kind of worried bought wrong place to stay. Currently staying in Prima Damansara (near Sungai Buloh). 1 hour 30mins plus to reach office leh.

As what I surveyed so far,

Both:
- Price range about Rm375,000-420,000
- Both lease hold

Danau Idaman, Taman Desa:
- Been there myself, liked the environment & the surrounding there. Swimming pool and walkway feels like resort
- Lease left: 70 years
- Property Title: Still master title. (*fellow friends, how much to convert to strata title? my agent told he got one case, give lawyer rm2k+ can kao tim ady. Really ar? )
- Built up: 938sq ft
- Maintenance fee: Rm165
- Traffic to KL in morning: Asked friends around. They told either (1) use backlane (small road), enter smart tunnel (pay toll), go through Jalan Tun Razak. Overall: Leave Taman Desa 745am. Jam not that bad. Can reach before 9am. (2) Old Klang Road then Jalan Syed Putra, very jam.
- Traffic to Kuchai Lama: Drive a road to Kuchai Lama, very jam.
- Distance from Google Map: Closer to KL

Endah Regal, Sri Petaling:
- Been there myself to drop off friend. Feels like a bit old already
- Lease left: *fellow friends please advise*
- Property Title: *already Strata title?*
- Built up: 1141sq ft (bigger)
- Maintenance fee: Rm???
- Traffic to KL in morning: Asked friends around. They told either (1) use MEX highway (pay toll. Rm??) not that jam
- Traffic to Kuchai Lama: very near. 5 mins can reach. not that jam
- Distance from Google Map: Further (to KL)

I'm a bit worried buy Danau Idaman already. Then still need to jam badly to go to work. Friend recommended Sri Petaling. Hope you guys can give opinion.

People people,

I'm making a short video clip, with a bunch of photos. Using PhotoStory..
Basically it's photo slideshow with transitions and background music.

I'm finding it hard to choose the right song, to get the 'feeling', matching to the video.

Here's two songs that i find 'Got the feeling':

Need help in MS Office Excel 2003 Macro

Hi all codemasters,
don't really know whether i post at the right place.

I would like to ask bout Office Excel 2003's macro.

Here's my situation:

I have 2 coloumns of hyperlinks.
When i type make the hyperlinks, i kinda sure that i tried clicking on it to test whether it works or not. and yes, it works (a file on a sharing place is opened).

Then recently, these hyperlinks, when i click on them, it says, "Cannot open the specified file" Then, i press F2 then Enter. And the links is functioning again.

Now, the problem is that there's few thousand of hyperlinks. By pressing F2 then Enter manually, it will be a nightmare.

Friend suggested me to use Macro in excel.
I pressed the record button, then started to press F2 and enter one by one till the end. Then, press stop recording. I thought I can just click the 1st cell at the next column and start the macro and it will the job for me, but unfortunately it didnt.

Now the only method for me, is to press manually one by one.

Sifu's can help me solve this problem?
(I dont have any programming knowledge at all)

Btw, it's a xls file with few worksheets. Hyperlinks all at Cell P and Cell Q, few hundred or thousand hyperlinks, i think.

Hi guys..

For rm2k-2.5k, can u guys help me come out with a CPU? really need help and advice.. (i dunno i opened this topic in the right place or nt..)

My needs for this comp: (arranged according to priority)

(1) can run few heavy applications simultaneously, without lag, eg: photo processing softwares, multimedia converting/converting softwares
(2) gaming (if can, wan like ps3 graphic.. possible ar? )
(3) movies

I tried to ask help from my friends. But few of them, give different point of views. Some said Quad Core not necessarily good for gaming. PLus, some of them said some Core Duo are even better than Quad Core.. In the end, so blur..

Plan to buy this CPU once and for all.. So, the specs, if can, take the good or best one lor.. Hehe..

i'm a noobie here.. sorry yah..

<WTA> Sata to IDE coverter

I planned to upgrade hard disk in my cpu and planned to get a sata hard disk.. Cos it's cheaper than ide.. Isnt it? Not sure.. lol.. IF i didnt see the price list wrongly, 500gb sata is around rm205 and ide costs rm285..

But then my agp mobo cant support sata.. I heard there's a card where it converts sata to ide.. Does this thing exist?

Let's assume it existed.. How much does it cost then? Anyone got idea bout it? If i use this sata to ide converter, will the data transfer speed be the same?

Anyone tried it before?

Feel free to correct me, if i wrote any wrong info.. Cos i know a lil bit bout these things only..
