Hi all, im planning to build a new rig and had listed down my buying list below, need some suggestions and helps to complete them. Been outdated for years, wonder if there is any incompatible combination. Hopefully can complete the list before end of pc fair so i can get some of the gears from there. My budget around rm4k excluding keyboard+mouse+monitor+sound card+dvd drive. If possible pls help to list the lowest price can get from current market so i can decide whether they worth to buy from pc fair. This pc will serve as an 24/7 machine for download/upload purpose, moderate usage for movie edit/convert. 70% of the times used it for gaming, most likely 2d game, occasionally 3d game. So cpu n gc temp will take into consideration as well, wanna keep their temp as low as possible to prolong their lifespan.

Processor : c2q9550
Cpu cooler : xigmatek s1283 rs
Mobo : ga-ep45-ud3p
Memory : corsair dominator ddr2 2gb x2
Graphic card : sapphire hd4890 1gb ddr5
Harddisk : 2x wd 1tb
Psu : corsair tx750w(is this suffice if i cf 4890?)
Casing : haf922
