Strike off my name from property title

Hi,

Need some advice on my scenario below and option that i could explore.

I bought a condo with my sister a while ago (it’s in construction). Both of our name are in the property title as well as loan (she’s the principal). My sister would like to take 100% ownership hence she will be servicing the loan by herself. May i know

1. What are the option that i could be removed from both property title and loan without need to pay thousands of stamp duty?
2. If option #1 is not viable, any idea how i can strike off my name from the property title but retaining my name in the bank loan? (In the sense that i’m willing to do so)

I'm about to DIY my cat 5e home network myself. Just some question that I would like to ask the sifu here

1. I was wondering should I be using t568a or t568b standard for the keystone jack? Will it then be compatible with network cable that i bought outside?

2. If I was to use one standard, both end of the cable is suppose to use the same standard rite?

I would like to get a wireless mouse in this coming PC fair.
Budget = less than RM250

Would like to seek the pro opinion on which model/brand of wireless mouse that i should get?
I am not into gaming and would prefer re-chargeable mouse (doesn't require AA or AAA battery cell)

Btw, Is there really much difference between a bluetooth or RF mouse other than the range of reception?

Hi Guyz,

I'm knew this question been asked a lotz of times and i had tried searching through it but i cannot find complete answers.
May i know what is the difference in term of performance and compability? (just some general advantage and disadvantage will do)
From the info i gather, PS2 slim seems to get overheat easily compare to the fat one.. As PS2 fat no longer in production, i'm juz wondering if i buy an old 2nd PS2 Fat,
can it support the latest game (*ahem* version >"<) or do i need to take it for modding...

Please help me.. to buy slim or to buy fat.. Both prices are almost the same.. juz around 100++ differences
