Long live the spoon! Check out Kaydara, a sprawling, visually stunning 55-minute Matrix fan film conceived by Raphaël Hernandez and Savitri Joly-Gonfard, French fans of the Matrix film trilogy!

Here's a synopsis of the film from Seth Ickerman Studios:

The story of "Kaydara" takes place within the universe of Lana and Andy Wachowski's film "The Matrix". Kaydara, a bounty hunter who is living separately from the Human Resistance Group, does not believe in the prophecy of "the One". He sees this so-called saviour instead as a threat to the awakening of Man's self-awareness and considers him an enemy. If their paths cross, Kaydara will not hesitate to confront him.

Hi, sifus @ lowyat. New home owner here. Subsale. I have a query about assessment and quit rent. I've been wondering what are the procedures to apply for change/transfer of ownership?

What documents should I bring along to DBKL and Land Office? Copy of I/C? SPA? Etc?

Are there charges/fees involved?

Is there a timeframe involved with regards to these? How many days/months/years after S&P/vacant possession?

Can my solicitor do these on my behalf?

What other things should I know about?

Star Wars comics from Dark Horse

Okay, guys, unless you're really in a "galaxy far, far away", Dark Horse is embarking on an ambitious, first-of-its-kind project with "Vector", which has been compared to Marvel's recent high profile crossover event, Civil War.

So, with the first yearlong, line-wide "Vector" event debuting in January, is there anything that you'd like to know about the comics, from the Marvel days to the latest batch of DH SW titles? I'm hoping to compile all your questions (and for those who're knowledgeable on the various topics, please feel free to provide your comments and info on them) and send them over to the guys at DH (and hopefully, the Lucas and Del Rey fellas as well). Hit them with things like the Marvel series, Dark Empire, Crimson Empire, Shadows of the Empire, Republic, Empire, Clone Wars, Legacy, Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade Skywalker, Han Solo and Leia Organa Solo, Jacen and Jaina Solo, Anakin Solo, Ben Skywalker, Cade Skywalker, anything and everything under the Expanded Universe banner.
