Siem Riep, KOH SAMPOUCH and Phnom Penh Itinerary

Hi all,

Me and my friends (8 ppl) are visiting Cambodia next month. Here is our rough itinerary.
Any comments/ideas on where to visit/what to eat are highly appreciated.

Day 1 - Siem Riep
Arrive at 8 am. Staying at Golden Mango Hotel.
Van: average 35USD per day (or more depend on where we are going)
Morning & Noon: Lepak around town
Visit Happy Pizza and try their "Happy Herb Pizza"
Evening: Angkor Wat Should we get 1 or 2 day pass?
Sunset at Bakong hill

Day 2 to Day 3 - Siem Riep
We have a list of places to visit here and are kinda on where to go. Please recommend us which are the best ones so that we won't waste time visiting some 'crappy' temples.

Free and Easy
EK Cheuong's Memorila - The Killing Fields (less than $USD5)

Day 6 - Sihanouk Ville
Van to Sihanouk Ville from PP is 160USD per day. Can we get cheaper van through guest house in PP?
- Chill and relax at Sihanouk Ville
- Overnight in a tented camp on Koh Sampouch Beach or any other recommended beaches.
Besides Koh Sampouch Beach, is there any must-visit beach that we can go?
Anyone tried camping before? Hehe.

Day 7 - Sihanouk Ville

Day 8 - Sihanouk Ville / Phnom Penh
Free and easy
Oudong or some other random hill

What are the exotic food that we must try? Hehe.
Is it better to hire a van to bring us around in SR and PP? I heard they charge USD35 per day for a van.
