Buying Bungalow lot land

Is there anyone out there have experience in buying an empty plot of residential land

1. is it the same process as subsales?
2. do i get to do 90% loan as well like subsale?
3. can me and my sister take loans together? (valued amount 500k, probably will share 50% with my sister, 250k + 250k).

hi sifus..

is it wise to pump money into car loan to get it fully settled earlier to free up funds to buy house?

currently paying 800 for next 5.5 years.

and also saving around 500 (directly deduct from my salary..so i don't actually get to see the money)

i'm asking this as i'll be receiving 2 month bonus at end of year (6k++).. thinking of either putting that money into my savings or pay my car loan (reduce around 7 months for loan settlement)

reasoning is:
1) put into savings, by 5 years at least 50k in account.. only can buy house after 5 years
2) put into car loan, could possibly buy a house within 3 years as loan is settled earlier.. seeing that my rented house is priced 280k 2years ago and now rm360k subsale

p/s: my wife not yet working, she is studying, after study if got offer, can be lecturer.. but dun wanna consider her moneh.. maybe her money for emergency oni.

current savings: only 2k++

Just got a baby less than 3 weeks back

Any experienced parents want to share what they bought to prepare for their first child?Apart from loads of cloth/napkins/pampers/wet wipes

things that we bought:
1. baby nail clippers
2. baby cot [personally, i believe this is not that important]
3. a thing to suck baby's goo
4. baby mattress

things that i think should be important
1. car seat (budget 300+ for carseat that can change lean)
2. baby carrier (rm50?)
3. stroller (how much?)

Any one has a price guideline? cannot afford those from graco etc.

Is "MY Dear" brand good? Anyone using it?

dunno want to be happy or not, got a job offer from a manufacturing company

salary 2.3k/month (8am - 6pm working hour)

sometime when got new product need to do OT maybe till 9~11pm

perks: medical benefit and can claim OT

only negative part that i could think of is 12month contract

any comment on this?

p/s: i actually want to be a lecturer through tutor scheme, applied last december, but still didn't receive any news

my question: what do you guys think of the salary as it is contractual. my fren was saying that it is too low for contract and contract will have lesser benefit than permanent staff

another question: is it worth to be tied for 12months? considering this is not actually the work that i want

is there any freeware that counts the number of pages you prints?not for network,just want to use for my own computer and printer. I googled and found for server 1, and they all have to pay

being a student and all,i just need a software that counts the number of prints i've done

Hi all,

i got my exam result recently..mixture of a and a-...but got 1 subject,got c+ 3credit hour summore pulled down my pointer alot
this subject got 3part summore,diz is my 1st

other subject is about calculation and understanding..i don't have any problem with that,but when it comes to facts..my head goes dunno what i did wrong

the q is:
1) How do you guys memorize?Store the fact into ur head
2) How do guys do the paper?i mean,when you want to answer the exam questions,how do you get it out of your head and onto the paper?
3)Should i take the 2nd part in the shortsem,with 2 other subjects or just do it in the long sem?

need all of u guys' opinion..add n drop is on 22nd
