Got Humiliation on Job

I joined this company for about 4 months, and been public humiliate by 1 of the director.
At first i think it's alright because i took it as joke but recently he getting too much which he could talk around in front of many people and making fool of me daily. I felt like being offence and downgraded my personality.
Are there any solution to it?

Hey guy, i need help right now. As yesterday I Smelled GREAT rotten smells of come out from no where of my car, so I thought it should be a Rat died in car or food that stayed overnight that never get thrown, so keep on searching under the seat, back bonnet, still can't get it. at the end I know the answered, it should be under my hood because i smelt something blown from aircond. So at first i thought these gonna be dead RAT or what should be easily Remove but the moment so i opened up my hood, HOLY MOTHER! IT's A DEAD CAT! SOOO.. HUGE! and also GREATER HORRIBLE ROTTEN SMELLS! ARGH! Spend about hours to Removed...
so after removed the dead cat,and send to carwash this morning, because of the Horrible smells of it.But SADLY it still carry the horrible smells after Washed... Are there any idea to remove the ordour?

i'm planning to buy a second hand car, maybe will be proton saga and the registration year around 1990.
let's say after i bought that car, what should i change or improve it to let my car still can work for me?
and what should i ask mechanic to check with it?

actually wat is it means by lens of camera no function?
is it expensive to repair it?

i'm not sure the prob but i tink it abt lens itself no function.
