Problems when reinstall window xp...help!

Hi everyone!
Today i try to installing newly bought oem window xp to replace my previous pirate window xp but computer appear 'the file nvrd32.sys could not be found. Press any key to continue' but when I press any key the pc hang and nothing appear!
I restart computer oso same message appear and computer can not start window la....
Why pls help!

I using cd to install win xp to my pc.
My pc brand is DELL, pletium 4...model dunno...not good in computer.

Flywheel oil seal (need advise)

Hi!...
lowyat technical car expert out there..

I am driving a 10 year Kia Sephia 1.5Auto

currently my car found oil leaking at below car engine beside gear box, appearantly i didnt get to know it, until i when to service my car and change tyres..the tech man told me..

Shall i go repair it? will it getting worst..if i dun repair it?
FYI, the oils leakage not so serious (daily abt 3~5 drops i think so) because daily and weekly found check no leakage no my black oil and auto transmittion oil/Gearbox oil. {one month oledi}

The mechanic told me cost of changing (oil seal + labour) abt (Rm400~500). it is expensive?

Expert out there,
what is your suggestion?
Any place/service center to recommend for me to do?
