Port Forwarding to publish my website

i am going to publish my website by using my router Aztech 600EU.
Yet, i have problem on publishing it.
I dunno how to set my port forwarding as i have refer portforward.com
anyone can teach me step by step how to configure the port?
As i did last time with different router, i just add a port and access it with http://mypublicaddress:port number.
but i found that it is different for this router. I have no idea on setting it.
Hope anyone can help.

FYI, My website is using apache & mysql.

PHP Mail Function

this is the error i get after try to send mail.

Warning: mail(): SMTP server response: 550 5.7.1 Authentication required Refer guideline http://webmail.tm.net.my/smtpauth.html: xx@tm.net.my in c:\program files\easyphp1-7\www\e-chinese\thank.php on line 45

i have setup my outlook and it is function properly with SMTP Authentication for Email Client checked.

But i still get the same error msg...can anyone pls help me solving this problem?
