Hi, anyone here currently working or worked in ISM Insurance Services Malaysia Berhad before?
Kindly please stand out and give some comment on this company.
As I know, they are offering quite good benefits (E.g : 2 months contractual, 16% EPF Employer Contribution and etc)

Recently MCSB Systems (M) Bhd called me up for an interview. I know there are old threads about this company but I would like to get some updated opinion about this company, perharps if their staff or ex-staff could voice up here!

Anyone knows about this company??? How's the pay? Working Environment?

The interviewer told me that they will train up their staffs with professional certification (MCSE, CCNA, CCNP etc)

Software Engineer in AIG-Software International JV

I am one of the candidate that get offered for job as a Trainee Software Engineer. Anyone who have friends working inside there? I am now considering their offer, I am not sure whether AIG-Software International provides great career path or not. Actually they are dealing with foreign Insurance companies on application supporting. They are using COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB2 etc.

Can anyone give me some idea on this company?

Can AIG-Software International consider as MNC?

I am currently 26 and I'm now gettting RM700 more than AIG offered to me.

Can anyone give me suggestion whether to sacrify my current job and pursue my career under AIG?

For everybody information, I can't c my future in my current company + no motivation!

Should I take the job offered by AIG? (I've signed their offer letter!)
