Any suggestion for 100 concurrent WIFI users?

Ok guys,

Currently using standard TP-Link Router C1200, whenever the concurrent user is increasing then the router "jammed" it self.

Can someone advice how to solve this? I know definitely need to change the router, but which WIFI router can support up to 100 concurrent users??

My suspect is the DHCP services on the TP-Link router that may exhaust its resources.

Can you someone put some diagram on how to separate the DHCP services from this router. Or is it possibly to install a proxy?

Any suggestion will do guys...

Im not the IT guys of this company, just helping the company.

I also got call from this number asking to approve transaction RM 3800 from ambank.....i dont have any cards with ambank....later i call Ambank they said that number is not AMBANK call center number...there is a scam lately using this number that will ask you to give your details over the phone....

My friend who is Perodua Salesmam just received a memo from bankers that hire purchase loan (car loan) period will be reduced maximum to 7 years and downpayment 20% required for all new cars effective from September 2013.

Can anyone confirm this? 20% downpayment?

Maxis BB issue

Hi,

I signed up the package in 2008. The broadband bill should be added with my phone bill but that didn't happened. And I didn't received by BB bill at all. And I only use the BB not even a month.

Now when I want to change plan, Maxis mention I have write-off with whooping amount RM1571.90. And i just know about this last week in 2012!

I hope someone worked in Maxis can investigate this why the BB bill did not added into my phone bill. And why there is no notification of telling about the outstanding eversince 2008. And why there is no bill for BB at all.

I have been a good paymaster for my phone bill.

Anyone have encounter this problem before? How to proceed further?

All,

Does anyone have experience with Migration Avenue? This company works as head hunter for those who want to migrate to Australia. This is my experience.

1. They send a postcard regarding their company to my house.
2. I go to their website and fill-up the assessment plus upload resume. (http://www.migrationavenue.com/)
3. They email be back with some Eligibility Assessment question
4. After answering their question they send email that im eligible for the Permanent Residency Visa for Australia.
5. Now they ask me for personal meeting with our migration consultants. This is to provide me an in-depth analysis of your eligibility and to explore my opportunities for migration.

I haven't set any meeting yet. I also believe there will be a cost for this kind of migration. Question is, is there anyone knows about this company? Or have any experience with them. This is to ensure my next step forward.

Buyers can seek full refunds for faulty vehicles, says court

MIRI: Buyers of new vehicles are entitled to a replacement or a refund if the vehicles keep breaking down or face problems, rules the national Consumer Tribunal.

“The company that sells the vehicles cannot force you to keep sending them for repairs,” said tribunal chairman Pretam Singh here during a public hearing.

“In the United States, the Lemon Law stipulates the rights of buyers of new vehicles.

“Under that law, the maximum number of repairs allowed is four.

“In Malaysia, we do not have such a law, but the principles in the Lemon Law can be applied. Buyers of vehicles that are faulty and problematic must keep an itemised bill everytime they send the vehicles for repairs.

“If the vehicles keep facing problems and the repairs are not satisfactory, the buyer can seek legal redress via the civil court and seek a replacement or a refund.

“If the buyer comes to us in the tribunal, we can invoke a clause that allows a maximum compensation of RM25,000. If the vehicle costs more than that, the buyer can opt for a civil case to get a full refund,” he said in his ruling on a case here Tuesday.

Pretam had inspected a vehicle owned by a woman who lodged a complaint that her new car was faulty.

She said the company which sold her the car did not repair it properly despite her repeated complaints.

Pretam ordered the company to repair the damaged portion to the satisfaction of the buyer within two weeks or the tribunal would order further action against the company.

He told all vehicle-selling companies that there must be an end to repairs of new vehicles as these problems caused enormous difficulties to the buyers.

“It is part of your corporate social responsibility to ensure the vehicles you sell are in good condition.

“The buyers must be aware of their rights. What are the things under guarantee and warranty? The seller must explain all these to the buyers.

“The customers cannot be forced to sign the agreements if they disagreed to any clauses.

“If the contract is deemed to be unfair and to the detriment of the buyers, the sellers can be fined up to RM200,000,” he added.

p/s: If i know this Lemon Law earlier, i should file legal address to Proton and get a new car..

Dept Collector Threat

I have a bad experience with Al-Rajhi third party dept collector. They even call my bos to ask me to pay the dept. I have only 19k left from 28k on 2007. The company is Zuri Resources Sdn Bhd (www.zuri.com.my). They even black mailed me to fax a copy of my summon to my bos. How they get my bos number? They just call the receptionist. Every day if they can't reach me, they will bug my office and my bos. And there is a time they flooding my sms with same message (89 sms received in one time) after knowing that I will be on AKPK program hence no commission for them.

The question is how to proceed further with this rude dept collector? Make a police report? Sue them? I've searched google and found Seksyen 233 Akta Multimedia as below. I know I can sue them with this act for flooding the sms. How about the threatening and humiliating me to my company staff? Can i use Seksyen 506 Kanun Keseksaan for this?

I still kept all sms from the company.
