Anyone uses the Yammy Sound Projector YSP series ? I have around 5K and think this suit me as it has built in receiver and no spaghetti cable running around my living room.

I am a bit skeptical though and due to the design my my living room, the bouncing of sound might not be so efficient.

Please advice.

BlackRapid Strap loosen by itself

Guys,

Just stumble upon this thread in dpreview saying that his BlackRapid straps failed and his D700+lens shattered in pieces. Excerpt from the thread :-

Well, thanks Black Rapid. My new D700 and 80-200mm, on the shoot for my promotional materials for my "hoped" new photog biz.... I triple check the connection as the gear lay in the hatch of the car. Get my stuff together. Pick up the camera, and the strap, SOMEHOW releases to the camera. It falls to the street, and is shot. No insurance, no shoots, no repairs. DO NOT BUY THIS STRAP. It will release your camera with no explanation. The model and hair guy were baffled as I was. So, no I have broken gear. No way to repair it, and certainly won't be opening the biz this year.

If you've purchased the new BlackRapid strap then please be sure to check that the screw that holds the "connecter2" in place does not come loose. It appears that the ones with the problem come apart fairly easily while others claim they cannot get it to budge no matter how hard they try. I had my Mark II N hit the floor hard at a wedding this weekend. It was my first time using the strap and it came apart after only 90 minutes of usage. Again... this effects the NEW BlackRapid strap... it comes apart at the pivot point.

Dear All,

Just want to ask, is it common that all Wii accessories only come with 1 week of warranty ? I feel a bit upset that I was not told that accessories only carry 1 week warranty as I thought it should be the same as the console which carries 3 months warranty. My Wii remote broke down at the 10th days of my purchase.

edit :- No physical damage at all, the motion sensor just died.
