HELP! My E6750 core speed left 1066MHZ

why my intel E6750 processor left core speed 1066MHZ....what happen on it? now its bus speed left 133Mhz and FSB left 533Mhz In fact its bus speed should be 333Mhz and Fsb1066Mhz....

Now my Pc extremly slow....what to do...this is not the speedstep....last time my processor speedstep still has core speed 2066Mhz...but now...

which part of my hardware problem??? help...urgent

Firefox got download limit?(help)

I want to download a 6gb file from the sharer by using Mozilla Firefox 3.5.3 but it failed...
Everytime i will stop at 3gb....i try to download tat file in other sharer, it still same, it will stop at 3gb....
Whats going on? It it Firefox has download limit setting? If got, how to unlimit it??

My graphic card just run in PCIE x8? (help)

Recently i check the detail for my graphic card( Msi 8600gt) with GPU-Z software...
From the the software, it shows that my graphic card Bus interface is PCIE X16@x8...
Then i check it with CPU-Z .....it also shows tat my graphic interface's link width is Pciex8 and max support is x16....
what is the meaning of it?Is it My GC just run in PCIe x8 and not x16??( it makes me confuse)...
Can someone answer me this noob question? is it normal or ???

I got a psu(name:Raptoxx 450w)...
recently i heard that psu got CLICKING SOUND came out in sometimes but this sound not stay long(sometimes just few second in 1 or 2 hour)
May i know is it the transformer of my psu problem??
IS IT THIS PROBLEM SERIOUS OR JUST A NORMAL THING??

recently my Samsung Lcd got some 'blik blik' sound during i use it but the resolution of my Lcd is never turn bad...
this sound will happen rarely(not the whole time)....
Got someone know what happen on my Lcd??
My Lcd just got 2 more month warranty....
what should i do?

I buy the Samsung Lcd monitor(model; 732N plus) on last year(warranty until July)...
recenlty that Lcd always got the 'blik blik' sound when i turn on around 2 or 3 hours but the resolution of my Lcd monitor didn't affected....
what happen on my LCd???

Recently i buy a new pc....
the spec is
Cpu:Core2duo E6750
Mobo:Intel DG33Fb
Ram:A data 2x1gb
GC: MSI 8600gt oc version
Psu:Chicken Brand

I found tat i meet the auto restart problem after i install
Is it my chicken brand psu problem cause it happen??
I plan to buy a new psu:Cooler master Extream power 430W(my budject is below RM200)
Is it it will solve my auto restart problem???
Is it this CM psu power output enough for my pc especially my Graphic card??
Or any suggestion???

My processor is Core2duo E6750
What is the normal temp for my processor.
My normal cpu temp is 50'c......
temp for cpu#1 is 55'c
temp for cpu#2 is 52'c
when loading a lot of thing,i will become 60++'c....
Is it my cpu temp still normal?
this will cause my cpu overheat and auto-restart???

My power supply having problem?

I buy a new pc,the spec. are core2duo E6750,ram 2gb,and Msi 8600gt oc version,My power supply max output is 250W but i see my graphic card write tat it recommanded minimum 400W........
Sometimes,i loading some games or programmes,i suddenly automatically restart my pc......
I check my hardisk with SeaToolsDos,itshow tat my hardisk pass all test......
So,is it my Psu unit not enough power output and caused my pc restart automatically???
Hope someone can give me some feedback,thanks....
