i am planning to buy a studio at Ritze 1 - Damansara perdana.Need advice from property sifus here.Budget around 160-170k,is it possible to get at that price? What price is considered good buy?

my plan is for own stay for first 1 year ++ then i would rent it out or sell it if the right offer comes along.How's the rental yield for ritze and easy to rent out?

Any other advice from sifus most welcomed.

very high frequency hissing sound

i'm getting this very high freq hissing sound that is barely noticeable but somewhat ear piercing when i turn on the HU, i can only notice the sound if i pause the music. i tried to identify which speaker it is coming from but it's kinda hard because high freq hiss is hard to detect with the naked ear.I only face this problem lately.Here is my current setup:

HU: Pioneer DEH-4050UB
Amp: Steg AQ120.2 (powering component set)
Rear: sony xplod 6x9 (powered by HU)

anyone out there ever face the same problem? are any of my components known to have this problem?

class T amp?

has anyone heard of class T amp? supposedly it's as efficient as class D amp but SQ of a class A/B

Saw Pioneer GM-6400F selling at RM598 at kedai Abang.

Do you guys think it's a good buy? i was previously considering boschman which is around the same price range.

how does it do VS boschman? or any other recommendation for a amp around 600 ?

i'm struggling to understand how to use the custom EQ, wat Q factor la... how does it translate to the normal graphic EQ ? got any online simulator? where i click click thn i jst copy the setting ah?

Are Mohawk amps any good? it's dam cheap...price can compare wif some cap ayam brand.

Hi Sifus , need advice to spend my hard earned sweat money....

I am thinking of either upgrading myHU to Pioneer DEH-3050
or change my front 2 way speaker to JBL Grand Touring Series gt602c 2 way component set

My current setup:

Panasonic CD/MP3 4x45W(CQ-C1305W)
2x 4 inch 2 way sony xplod in the front
2x 3 way sony xplod at the back

Aiming for SQ, i only got enough budget to choose either upgrade HU or component set speaker.. which one should i choose?
